Social Media And Content Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own organic short-form content strategy, content pillars, recurring series, and posting cadence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ideate, shoot, and edit phone-native videos, including human-native and AI-generated content.
• Test gameplay, memes, current events, AI video, and creator-earnings formats to identify and scale video-market fit.
• Curate and spotlight user-generated content while developing recognition and incentives that encourage players to create.
• Recruit creators and manage seeding programs, partnerships, briefs, deliverables, gifting, paid coordination, and performance tracking.
• Manage comments and direct messages, capture audience sentiment, and feed insights into content and product decisions.

Requirements

• Early-career profile, such as a new graduate or early-career professional, with the ability to own a channel end-to-end.
• Experience growing a short-form account for a personal brand or company to meaningful reach.
• Strong understanding of video algorithms, including hooks, retention, sound, and timing.
• Ability to shoot and edit quickly with phone-native tools and create AI-generated video using emerging tools.
• High-output, scrappy, self-directed approach with comfort testing ideas and appearing in videos.
• Comfort reading analytics, with some design or motion-graphics skills.

Nice to have

• Experience running creator, influencer seeding, or UGC programs.
• Experience growing a channel for a mobile game, entertainment app, or creator-economy startup.
• Strong interest in games and play, including content for people who do not identify as gamers.
