What you will do
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and other channels.
- Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial conversations to assess fit and interest.
- Coordinate candidate scheduling and maintain clean, accurate ATS records.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong storytelling skills and sound judgment when evaluating candidate quality.
- Organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with go-to-market hiring and closing candidates.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever; uses Ashby.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

- Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships, or hardware development.
