Frontend Developer (Marketing)

hirify.global is a well-funded startup building an autonomous AI Production Engineer to investigate and fix complex system issues, founded by the creators of OpenTelemetry.

What you will do

• Own the entire marketing website codebase, performance, and user experience.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web pages.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch landing pages and ABM campaigns.
• Drive growth by optimizing pages for conversion, SEO, and performance.
• Instrument and manage analytics tools to track user behavior and run A/B tests.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment environments, and site reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling modern marketing websites.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with analytics instrumentation and modern CMS platforms like Strapi or Webflow.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and SEO.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and deployment platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
