What you will do

• Design and develop core frontend architecture for new products from the ground up.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on features to validate ideas and user experience.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to shape the end-to-end user experience.
• Contribute to technical and product decisions as part of the founding engineering team.
• Mentor future engineers and help build the frontend team.

Requirements

• Experience shipping applications with significant real-world traffic or user counts.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering scalable, high-performance web and desktop applications.
• Strong expertise with modern frontend tooling, including TypeScript and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise optimizing complex UX interactions in web and desktop applications.
• Ability to create fast, accessible, and visually polished user experiences.
• Ownership-oriented startup mindset and ability to solve problems at scale.
