Manager, IT Projects (Teamcenter PLM)

Location: Oak Ridge, Tennessee, United States; 4–5 days in office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent digital engineering IT projects from scoping and planning through delivery, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead Teamcenter configuration, integration, migration, and enhancement initiatives, including NX CAD integration and Product Lifecycle Management systems.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, risk registers, communications strategies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate engineering, IT, DevOps, infrastructure, procurement, vendors, Siemens, integration partners, and PMO stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning meetings, status reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications while resolving delivery blockers.
• Support engineering data security, compliance, quality management, software licensing, and continuous improvement using Jira and Atlassian tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; seven to ten years of IT project management experience, including at least five years as an IT project manager.
• Experience managing multiple projects with overlapping timelines, including project scoping, scheduling, risk management, and cost and benefits estimation.
• At least two years of quality management experience, including support for ISO or other quality management standards.
• Knowledge of Agile principles, ceremonies, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or similar approaches.
• Experience with software delivery lifecycle, IT design and architecture workshops, project metrics, Microsoft Project, and Atlassian tools.
• Work on site in Oak Ridge, Tennessee is expected four to five days per week.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
• Experience with Common Data Environment initiatives or ISO 19650 standards.
• Familiarity with nuclear industry regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Experience managing Siemens or other major PLM vendor relationships.
