Project Manager (Nuclear Energy)

Salary: $168,316–$252,475 annually; the range is specific to Washington State.

What you will do

• Manage cost, schedule, scope, deliverables, and technical performance for hirify.global's Natrium Demonstration project activities.
• Lead planning for assigned control accounts and coordinate inputs from engineering leads and project controls.
• Develop staffing and resource plans and maintain resource-leveled schedules.
• Analyze earned value, cost, and schedule variances; identify root causes and implement corrective or recovery actions.
• Manage project conflicts, risks, records, contractual compliance, and project issues across multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Office and ensure adherence to PMO requirements and corporate procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of directly related project management or project delivery experience on large projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with highly multidisciplinary and matrixed teams.
• Experience managing projects under significant regulatory oversight; relevant nuclear industry experience may be required under ANSI/ANS 3.1 qualification rules.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budget control, earned value management systems, and project control requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical comprehension skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience building nuclear power plants.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
