Senior IT Project Manager (Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations)

Location: United States of America; candidates generally must reside in a state where MKS is registered to do business.

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-impact IT projects involving multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
• Translate strategic objectives into project plans, milestones, outcomes, and delivery reporting.
• Manage resources, budgets, forecasts, vendors, contracts, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Align business and technical teams and serve as the primary contact for executive stakeholders and sponsors.
• Lead change readiness, stakeholder adoption, training documentation, and transition from project mode to steady-state operations.
• Mentor junior project managers and support the evolution of PMO governance and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience managing complex or cross-functional projects.
• Experience with projects in supply chain and manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of program-level coordination, contract and vendor management, financial management, and change management.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and handle sensitive business systems and information with trustworthiness and good judgment.
