People Operations Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Own the HRIS strategy, implementation, configuration, data integrity, integrations, adoption, maintenance, vendor relationships, and renewals.
• Manage employer-sponsored immigration cases, including H-1B, O-1, PERM, extensions, and green card processes, in partnership with outside counsel.
• Build people analytics dashboards and reporting covering headcount, tenure, turnover, engagement, performance, and demographic trends.
• Manage onboarding, development, retention, engagement, recognition, and offboarding programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Administer leave, workers’ compensation, benefits, open enrollment, compliance training, and other People Operations processes.
• Partner with Legal, IT, Engineering, Finance, and People leadership on reorganizations, M&A integration, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of People Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems experience, including an HRIS implementation or major redesign.
• Hands-on Total Rewards experience covering compensation and equity benchmarking, benefits design, policy development, program management, and end-to-end open enrollment.
• Direct experience managing employer-sponsored H-1B, PERM, and green card cases with outside counsel.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience building dashboards and reports with Excel or Sheets; familiarity with HRIS and People technology platforms.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment compliance, leave administration, benefits administration, and sensitive employee data handling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a reduction in force, acquisition, or major reorganization.
• Experience building or improving compliance training programs.
• Background in Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
