PMO Analyst - Airports

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Maintain program trackers, logs, status reports, milestones, actions, KPIs, and reporting packs.
• Consolidate workstream inputs to produce accurate reports and dashboards.
• Maintain program documentation, templates, and the document repository.
• Support governance forums by coordinating schedules, papers, minutes, actions, and follow-up.
• Maintain RAID, change, and dependency logs and support resource and onboarding administration.
• Check data quality and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tooling.

Requirements

• Experience in a PMO or project support role on medium-to-large programs.
• Strong reporting, data-handling, dashboarding, organization, coordination, and administration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with JIRA or ADO, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication with effective stakeholder liaison.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, airports, or critical-infrastructure environments.
• Awareness of PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, or agile methodologies.
• P3O or PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• Exposure to MSI delivery models.
