Manager of Solution Center

What you will do

• Lead the Solution Center for a key customer and ensure roadmap projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage the Solution Center budget, financial planning, reporting, invoicing support, and commercial risks.
• Establish governance with customer and internal teams, facilitate steering committees, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Define and maintain the roadmap and master plan with R&D teams in line with customer commitments.
• Coordinate resource allocation, issue and risk monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop customer relationships and support business development and service growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience managing complex IT programs in an international environment.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in solution delivery or program/project management within airline, travel, or e-commerce environments.
• Proficiency in English is required.
