What you will do

• Develop and maintain DFM rule decks focused on manufacturability, yield enhancement, and reliability.
• Develop, validate, and release density and fill solutions for new and existing PDKs.
• Define and deploy DFM methodologies with Process Integration, Technology Development, Physical Verification, and Design Services teams.
• Create and maintain DFM and Fill QA methodologies, test plans, and validation suites.
• Support PDK releases, collaborate with EDA tool vendors, and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Develop scripting and automation infrastructure to improve productivity and reduce development cycle time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• Fundamental knowledge of the semiconductor field.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• Experience level: BS plus 2–4 years, MS plus 1–3 years, or PhD plus 0–1 year of experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Tcl, or Bash.
• Knowledge of machine learning or GenAI.
