Senior Applications and Solutions Engineer (Foundry Services): Provide technical support to hirify.global Foundry customers on PDKs and execute ASIC physical design with an accent on complex multi-voltage domain implementations and power-intent verification. Focus on UPF/CPF writing and debugging, low-power verification using VCLP and Conformal LP, and driving quality improvements in design kits.

Location: Hybrid at US sites (Arizona Phoenix, California Santa Clara, Oregon Hillsboro). US Citizenship required. Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance.

Salary: $122,440 - $232,190

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers on PDKs, digital flows, and signoff methodologies for multi-voltage domain designs.
• Execute ASIC design implementation and verification using Cadence and Synopsys tools, focusing on UPF/CPF, level-shifters, isolation, and power gating.
• Drive customer tape-outs and success through expert guidance and hands-on ASIC design execution.
• Improve design kit quality via reference flow validation, documentation review, and creating application notes/training materials.
• Establish high-quality implementation and verification methodologies with checklists.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required and ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM field.
• 4+ years experience with advanced CMOS processes (16nm and below).
• 3+ years in ASIC design implementation and verification for low power, multi-voltage domains.
• 3+ years in scripting languages like Python, Perl, Tcl, or shell scripting.

Nice to have

• Active US Government Security Clearance (Secret level).
• Post-graduate degree in relevant field.
• Experience with 7nm and below process technology.
• Hands-on physical design for multi-voltage SoCs and EDA tools for UPF/CPF at block/SOC level.
• Customer-facing technical support experience.
