Bid & Proposal Manager

What you will do

• Own large and complex public tenders end to end, from opportunity assessment and strategy development through final proposal submission.
• Plan and coordinate bid processes, aligning cross-functional teams, external partners, and subcontractors.
• Analyze tender and RFP documentation and clarify technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure proposal responses are consistent, compliant, competitive, on time, and within budget.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposed solutions with Sales Management, PreSales, Product Management, and Project Management.
• Improve bid management processes through knowledge sharing, best practices, and proposal quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or Project Management, ideally in a complex enterprise software environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for interpreting complex tender documents and coordinating stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
