What you will do

• Lead operational projects from conceptualization through implementation, including planning and post-project reviews.
• Redesign inefficient workflows using AI and automation to create measurable business impact.
• Build and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort across various teams.
• Manage company-wide operational topics such as hardware, software licenses, and workplace resources.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, data privacy, and legal requirements.
• Develop scalable operational infrastructure to support continued growth.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Business Operations or Project Management, preferably in a tech startup or scale-up.
• Proven track record of improving business processes through AI and automation.
• Must be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• University degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
