What you will do

• Support the COO with high-impact operational projects and strategic initiatives.
• Optimize and scale internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams.
• Own projects end-to-end, from planning through measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, consulting, project management, or high-growth startups.
• Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to turning insights into action.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Clear communication and stakeholder influence across teams, including executive stakeholders.
