Project Manager (Healthcare Software)

Location: Germany or North Macedonia; hybrid work in Frankfurt. Travel to customer sites may be required.

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and project charters with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, communication documents, milestones, budgets, and status reports.
• Lead project teams and contractors by coordinating priorities, resources, timelines, and delivery activities.
• Manage customer relationships, stakeholder communications, scope changes, risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Monitor delivery against time, budget, scope, and quality objectives while supporting customer satisfaction.
• Conduct project postmortems and implement improvements for future projects.

Requirements

• Experience in IT project management, preferably in the healthcare IT industry.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English are required.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with cost management, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with customers and colleagues across cultures and worldwide teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
