Project Manager (Healthcare Software)

Location: Germany or North Macedonia; hybrid work in Frankfurt with flexibility to travel onsite based on customer requests.

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, project charters, and success criteria with customers, teams, program management, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, milestone-based delivery phases, communication documents, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
• Lead project implementation and manage risks, issues, changes in scope, timelines, costs, and contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors while prioritizing actions needed for delivery.
• Build customer relationships, understand client needs, coordinate with appropriate colleagues, and support customer satisfaction.
• Conduct project postmortems and implement improvements for future deliveries.

Requirements

• Experience in IT project management, preferably in the IT healthcare industry.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in German and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Cost and risk management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Autonomy, strong leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and the ability to find innovative solutions.
• Ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels and across different cultures, contribute to a worldwide team, and travel onsite based on customer requests.
• Commitment to patient safety and compliance with data protection and information security procedures, including secure handling of personal and health information, incident reporting, access controls, secure communication, training, and audits.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
