Senior or Staff Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Based in the Berlin or São Paulo offices with a hybrid work model; candidates willing to relocate to either area are also considered.

What you will do

• Own product areas from problem definition and architecture through implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Build customer-facing features across the marketplace, campaign management, collaboration, payments, analytics, and creator workflows.
• Develop Zest, an AI Campaign Manager for creator marketing, including agent workflows, tools, retrieval, search, recommendations, and generated interfaces.
• Build evaluations, observability, and feedback loops to measure the usefulness and reliability of AI functionality.
• Collaborate with design, founders, and customers to turn ambiguous needs into fast, intuitive, and polished product experiences.
• Improve architecture and engineering practices for reliable, high-velocity delivery; at Staff level, provide technical direction and raise the engineering bar.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and shipping high-quality customer-facing software; 5+ years is a useful guide.
• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals with experience across the full stack.
• Experience independently driving complex features or products from ambiguity to measurable customer impact.
• Strong product and technical judgment, proactive communication, and effective collaboration in a remote environment.
• Production experience with LLMs or other applied AI systems, including evaluation, retrieval, latency, cost, observability, and failure-mode considerations.
• Care for software craftsmanship while maintaining momentum and focus on customer outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Remix, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Zero sync, AI SDK, Typesense, or Laminar.
• Staff-level experience providing technical direction across projects and helping engineers make better decisions.
