What you will do

• Architect and build core components of the search platform and model stack.
• Design, train, and optimize large-scale deep learning models for retrieval and ranking.
• Conduct advanced research in representation, contrastive, multilingual, and multimodal learning.
• Deploy models, including boosting algorithms and LLMs, in a scalable and performant manner.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for grounding and accurate answer generation.
• Collaborate with Data, AI, Infrastructure, and Product teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of search and retrieval systems, including quality evaluation principles.
• Proven track record working with large-scale search or recommender systems.
• Strong proficiency with PyTorch and distributed training techniques.
• Expertise in representation learning and embedding space alignment.
• Strong publication record in major AI/ML conferences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in search, recommender systems, or related research.
