Trade & Operations Support - Overnight (Fintech)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States; hybrid workplace with overnight and early market sessions.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Support client trading workflows during extended-hours equity and options trading sessions.
• Monitor internal trading systems, system health, performance, and external connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and escalate operational, connectivity, and client-related issues in real time.
• Collaborate with Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales teams to support client trading activity.
• Execute operational processes and identify improvements to trade desk workflows.
• Document incidents, issues, and resolutions to improve operational transparency.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations.
• Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment.
• Prior client-facing support experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to remain effective under pressure.
• SIE, Series 7, or Series 57 certification, or willingness to obtain one.
