Client Delivery Specialist - Associate (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; office Monday–Thursday with remote work available on Friday

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 base salary per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze portfolio performance and aggregate financial data for reporting.
• Perform account-level reconciliations and research breaks, cancels, and corrects.
• Review private equity and hedge fund statements for system input.
• Support client onboarding, account setup, training, and day-to-day issue management.
• Configure financial accounts, assets, classifications, data feeds, and custom client reports.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors to resolve data and system issues while improving operational procedures and controls.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a related field and a bachelor's degree.
• Strong customer service, relationship management, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, SMA/UMA, and alternative investments.
• Experience with RIA or wealth management policies, procedures, client service, wirehouses, or custodians.
• Experience with wealth management platforms such as Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, APX, Orion, Archway, Solovis, or Masttro.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, basic database and programming knowledge, and the ability to learn software quickly.
