What you will do

• Analyze and explain portfolio performance results and conduct account-level reconciliation.
• Set up and configure financial software applications, including new client and asset classification.
• Manage client onboarding, account setup, and provide day-to-day support.
• Create custom reports and collaborate with vendor partners for system enhancements.
• Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for system input.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a related financial or technical field.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, Utah for a hybrid work schedule.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and experience with RIA/Wealth management policies.
• Proficiency with wealth management platforms such as Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, APX, or Orion.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; basic knowledge of database concepts.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of any type of programming.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and HTML design.
