Trade Desk Representative (Fintech)

Location: In-person in Chicago, Illinois; requires commuting to the office five days per week.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus of 8–12% of base salary.

What you will do

• Provide accurate and efficient customer support through inbound phone, chat, and email channels.
• Answer questions about brokerage services, account management, and trading platform features.
• Assist customers with complex options order execution.
• Analyze customer positions and explain the advantages and disadvantages of different strategies.
• Identify the needs of self-directed investors and provide timely solutions in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 certifications are required.
• Ability to work from the Chicago office five days per week.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar high-volume role.
• Knowledge of Regulation T, portfolio margin accounts, options execution mechanics and pricing, futures, and options on futures.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, problem-solving, and technology skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Teams.
