Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annual base salary, plus an annual commission target for total annual earnings of $128,000–$138,000

hirify.global is a medical technology startup developing diabetes management solutions, including the iLet bionic pancreas, an autonomous insulin delivery system.

What you will do

  • Promote and clinically support hirify.global products and services within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and support the training journey for people with diabetes, healthcare professionals, and provider staff.
  • Provide product demonstrations and train trainers in provider offices.
  • Partner with the Territory Business Manager and Inside Sales Specialist to achieve territory goals and develop business strategies.
  • Maintain compliant communications and documentation in Salesforce.
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers and integrated delivery networks while supporting customers and families.

Requirements

  • RN or RD qualification.
  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification required.
  • Acceptable licenses include APRN, NP, or PA.
  • At least 3 years of diabetes experience.
  • Strong teaching, presentation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to reside in the Detroit, MI geography and travel based on business needs.

Nice to have

  • 5 or more years of diabetes experience.
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
