What you will do

• Provide senior, advisor-facing consultations on portfolio analysis, transition strategies, and actionable investment insights.
• Execute complex investment analysis, build models, and prepare data-driven narratives for advisors.
• Develop strategic asset allocation frameworks and conduct quantitative and risk analysis.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to guide internal investment tool development.
• Mentor and support the development of junior Investment Strategy team members.

Requirements

• CFA designation or equivalent, plus an advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Extensive client-facing experience as a portfolio manager, investment strategist, or senior analyst within an RIA, wirehouse, or multi-asset team.
• Strong technical proficiency in strategic asset allocation, quantitative analysis, and risk analysis.
• Ability to coach others, challenge investment assumptions diplomatically, and navigate disagreements with advisors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability within a growing wealthtech firm.
• Comfort using AI tools for financial modeling and process enhancement.

Nice to have

• Experience working with software engineers or product teams to automate investment workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Bloomberg and Morningstar, and experience with AI assistants such as Claude and Python scripting.
• Experience with complex portfolio transitions, tax-aware investment models, external manager strategies, or open-architecture investment platforms.
