Senior Product Engineer (React)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA, United States

Salary: $230,000–$265,000 per year, plus equity grant

What you will do

• Own large product areas end to end, from project scoping through execution and outcomes.
• Build polished user experiences with the APIs, data models, and backend services behind them.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps and improve user experience.
• Make technical decisions, contribute to architecture and design reviews, and align engineering tradeoffs.
• Improve code quality, systems, and team processes while mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products.
• Experience owning projects end to end, from scoping through execution.
• Production experience building user interfaces with React.
• Experience working across the stack with APIs, databases, and backend debugging.
• Strong product judgment, attention to UX edge cases, and ability to contribute to architecture and abstractions.
• Effective collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Design.
