Fullstack Product Engineer (React)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $140,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own customer-facing product features from concept through production across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and AI-powered workflows.
• Lead frontend implementation for complex products, including architecture, state management, application design, performance, and usability.
• Improve the performance, maintainability, developer experience, and technical quality of the React application.
• Build reusable abstractions, components, and frameworks that support faster product development.
• Partner with product managers and designers to turn ambiguous customer problems into polished experiences.
• Evaluate and operationalize AI coding agents and AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack skills across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Exceptional frontend fundamentals and experience with large React applications.
• Experience owning customer-facing features from idea through launch and collaborating with product and design.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership, and bias toward shipping.
• Daily experience using AI coding agents in the development workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, React, Storybook, and data visualization libraries such as Visx, D3, or Chart.js.
• Experience improving frontend performance, application architecture, build systems, or developer experience at scale.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, operational software, support tooling, or workflow-heavy products.
