Global Public Sector Federal Intelligence Community Account Executive (Cybersecurity)

Location: Washington, DC — Remote within the United States

Salary: $180,000–$190,000 per year plus variable compensation

What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across the 18 member agencies of the Intelligence Community.
• Build territory and account plans to meet and exceed quota.
• Develop relationships with mission owners, program managers, and technical decision-makers across IC agencies.
• Build and manage partnerships with IC-focused integrators, mission partners, and resellers.
• Navigate classified procurement environments, acquisition vehicles, contracting mechanisms, and budgeting cycles.
• Shape requirements, lead proposal development, support demonstrations, and drive competitive positioning in cleared environments.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; CI Polygraph minimum.
• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience within the Intelligence Community.
• Deep established relationships across agencies such as CIA, NSA, DIA, NGA, and NRO.
• Strong understanding of IC data-handling requirements, classification regimes, compartmentalization, security policies, and accreditation processes.
• Technical aptitude in cybersecurity, data protection, end-to-end encryption, ICAM/IdAM, PKI, and ABAC.
• Ability to present and engage within SCIFs and other classified settings; willingness to travel less than 50%.

Nice to have

• Full Scope Polygraph strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success as a deal hunter and closer in the Intelligence Community.
• Experience with pipeline hygiene and consultative, solution-oriented selling.
