What you will do

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams in an agile environment.
• Gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive end-to-end product development, including scope definition, timelines, resource coordination, and delivery.
• Plan and execute product launches, monitor adoption and performance, and guide iterative improvements.
• Use market research, user behavior analysis, metrics, and data analytics to prioritize features and make product decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience with a record of launching and scaling products.
• Experience managing B2B or B2C products and owning an important product metric.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable using data analytics and quantitative insights to make decisions.
