Group Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for South Cone Latin America payment solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Align product strategy with commercial, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and marketing stakeholders.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new payment methods and features, including pricing, positioning, enablement, and performance tracking.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Own product metrics such as TPV, revenue, payment cost, and margins, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading product teams in payments, fintech, or high-growth technology environments with measurable business impact.
• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Latin America, including acquirers, issuers, schemes, APMs, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulation.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
• Strong business acumen linking product strategy to revenue, unit economics, and market positioning.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating across global, multicultural organizations.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills required.
