Group Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for South Cone LatAm payment solutions.
• Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new payment methods and features, including pricing, positioning, enablement, and performance tracking.
• Partner with commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering teams to build scalable and compliant solutions.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Own product metrics and improve TPV, revenue, cost of payment, margins, adoption, and market share.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product teams in payments, fintech, or high-growth technology environments with measurable business impact.
• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Latin America, including acquirers, issuers, schemes, APMs, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect product strategy with revenue, unit economics, and market positioning.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating across global, multicultural organizations.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills required.
