What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technology development.
• Collaborate with investing, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze end-user feedback and competitive practices to identify and develop product solutions.
• Engage with third-party vendors to align their product roadmaps with business needs.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services or product management within an agile environment.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and workshop-facilitation skills.
• Ability to break down complex problems, document workflows, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Analytical mindset with experience in gathering requirements and defining features.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across investing, engineering, and operations teams.
