Warehouse Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and order fulfillment.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, provide guidance and training, and support performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct inventory checks, reconcile stock, investigate variances, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks while coordinating with departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Valid certification to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and/or pallet jacks.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good command of English required; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and various shifts.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch or French.
