Location: New York, United States; on-site

Compensation: OTE $500,000–$1,000,000, including a $200,000 base salary, plus equity, commission, and bonus.

hirify.global is building an AI-native investment bank focused on lower-middle-market transactions for founder-led businesses with $1–10M EBITDA.

What you will do

• Build and own sector coverage, developing relationships with founders and originating new M&A opportunities.
• Lead full transaction processes from kick-off through closing, managing timelines and guiding founders through the sale process.
• Meet family-owned businesses through calls and in-person meetings to develop future exits.
• Prepare transaction materials, including polishing AI-generated CIMs and evaluating competing LOIs.
• Develop negotiation strategies and support buyer diligence sessions and industry conferences.
• Work with engineering to turn manual deal and buyer-outreach processes into platform features.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of investment banking or related M&A experience.
• Strong command of transaction execution fundamentals.
• Interest in moving into deal origination and relationship development.
• Ability to work in a scrappy startup environment and independently drive complex situations to resolution.
• Comfort using AI and technology as leverage in investment banking work.
• Ability to work on-site in New York.
