Salary: $160K – $250K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and own financial models for planning, forecasting, and high-stakes decision-making.
• Define unit economics and evaluate investment opportunities in partnership with product and growth teams.
• Analyze business performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for strategic pivots.
• Lead scenario modeling for pricing, market expansion, and capital allocation.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on new business lines, strategic partnerships, and fundraising strategy.
• Design and evolve operational frameworks and financial discipline as the company scales.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
• Ability to structure answers to ambiguous questions with minimal guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting to executive leadership and investors.
• Proven track record of high throughput and delivering on aggressive goals.
• Must be based in New York for full-time in-person work.
