Financial & Valuation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design and execute testing scenarios for M&A, financial due diligence, market analysis, stock screening, and complex business valuations.
• Review AI agent reasoning chains and verify the accuracy of financial data, metrics, calculations, and market approaches.
• Validate models and outputs against IVS, IFRS/US GAAP fair value guidance, and institutional market practice.
• Recommend improvements to assumptions, methodologies, model mechanics, and financial risk controls.
• Translate valuation logic and financial mechanics into product requirements and rulesets for Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Contribute expert input to the design and testing of finance- and valuation-related product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, investment banking, transaction advisory, or audit advisory.
• Strong expertise in business valuation, financial modeling, market analysis, and the transaction lifecycle.
• Experience building or reviewing complex models, including DCF, market approach, transaction multiples, LBO, and option pricing models.
• Ability to identify modeling errors and AI logic flaws and explain them clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, structured-thinking, attention-to-detail, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated valuation tools or AI-driven financial modeling solutions.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven product environments.
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional valuation practices or cross-border transactions.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, ASA, or CBV.
• Experience reviewing financials for audits, M&A transactions, financial reporting, or litigation support.
