Organizational Change Management Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Develop and implement change management strategies and maintain an integrated change plan across program releases and waves.
• Define change, release, and cutover readiness criteria and coordinate completion of change activities before go-live.
• Analyze stakeholder impacts, concerns, motivations, resistance, and engagement needs across Finance value streams.
• Partner with communications and training teams to deliver workstream content, leader cascades, targeted training, and customized learning materials.
• Build change champion networks and enable leaders with toolkits, talking points, FAQs, and stakeholder conversation guides.
• Track impact, readiness, adoption, and effectiveness KPIs, then lead post-go-live reinforcement, feedback collection, and targeted action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, change management, project management, business management, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of change management, transformation, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading change initiatives and strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence, collaboration, planning, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Finance value streams and processes, including O2C and/or R2R, with the ability to translate process impacts into adoption activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support employees through changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA focused on human resources or change management.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP.
• Experience with ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA, especially in O2C or R2R Finance processes.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
