Order Management Project Manager (SAP)

Location: Primarily onsite at the Lehi, Utah office

Annual base salary: $104,000–$157,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Own order management process design and validation from initial SAP build through post-go-live stabilization.
• Lead UAT, integration testing, and data validation for order processing and financial posting.
• Guide migration of customer, pricing, and contract master data.
• Diagnose process and system issues at the root cause and drive sustainable fixes.
• Prepare business users for go-live through training and change management.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of order-to-cash processes and their interaction with pricing, contracts, and financial posting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation from design through deployment, ideally S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD and its integration with MM, FI, and CRM.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the Lehi, Utah office in accordance with company policies, except during PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
