Salary: $52,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Apply change management principles to meet diverse stakeholder needs and mitigate potential resistance.
• Assess stakeholder readiness and execute interventions to increase adoption of new ERP and Supply Chain tools.
• Develop a compelling business change narrative that resonates across all stakeholder levels.
• Manage the Change Agent Network and front-line manager enablement across hirify.global Foundry.
• Uplevel program training strategies and deploy materials to drive user knowledge and ability.
• Coordinate and execute communication plans to foster engagement and minimize business disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, HR, Learning and Development, or Change Management.
• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or 4+ years with a Master's in Change Management, Project Management, or Communications.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for creating messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership across business units and enterprise landscapes.

• PROSCI certification.
