Senior Organizational Change Manager (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Design and deliver change management strategies for Commercial Lending and broader Commercial Bank initiatives.
• Advise executives, sponsors, project leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders on readiness, organizational risk, adoption, and business value.
• Assess initiatives to determine the appropriate level of dedicated change leadership or advisory support.
• Coordinate multiple change efforts, sequence activities, and build organizational resilience during complex transformations.
• Develop communication narratives, sponsor coaching, learning experiences, and adoption metrics with business and L&D partners.
• Mentor change practitioners and embed sustainable change management practices across business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in change management, learning and development, employee communications, product management, or project management; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proven experience applying change management methodologies and tools to large-scale initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Recognized change management certification, such as Prosci or ACMP CCMP.
• Experience integrating change strategies with iterative delivery environments and complex transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt and lead through ambiguity while supporting evolving business priorities.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Change Management, or a related field.
• At least three years in a dedicated change management role focused on large-scale transformation.
• Experience coaching junior practitioners or enabling non-expert change agents.
• Experience with customer experience, UX, human-centered design, Jira, Miro, Target Process, or Trello.
• Experience supporting Commercial Banking, Lending, Credit, Servicing, Operations, or related financial services transformations.
