Location: Remote within or near Portsmouth, NH; Houston, TX; or Walkersville, MD, with travel and face-to-face engagements at US sites

Salary: $165,750–$232,050 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA template deployments across global sites within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Enforce global template standards while managing essential local business and regulatory requirements.
• Align business and program stakeholders, report progress, and manage expectations.
• Oversee rollout planning, testing, system integration, implementation partners, and vendor coordination.
• Track project risks, apply corrective actions, and escalate critical issues.
• Coordinate change communications, end-user training, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Requirements

• Proven leadership of full SAP S/4HANA lifecycle deployments, including greenfield, brownfield, or rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, and cross-functional integration.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-country deployments with external implementation partners.
• Expertise in project governance, PMO methodologies, budget control, and senior stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in fast-paced, global, matrixed, and culturally diverse organizations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
