Chief of Staff (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Work directly with founders and leadership on strategy, new market opportunities, and high-impact projects.
• Own independent analyses and drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution.
• Coordinate across the organization to ensure alignment and project delivery.
• Translate complex business problems into simple, actionable conclusions for leadership and regulators.
• Prepare board-ready analyses and business cases for new products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or growth-stage companies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Must be based in New York or willing to relocate.
• Ability to handle both high-level strategy and granular operational details.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to defend reasoning to senior leadership.
