Chief of Staff (Fintech)

What you will do

• Launch and manage special projects end to end, including scoping, staffing, tracking, and closure.
• Own staffing, pod allocation, capacity, utilization, and performance visibility across services teams.
• Translate founder priorities into clear owners, deadlines, and execution plans.
• Drive follow-through on cross-functional initiatives across product, recruiting, finance, and operations.
• Own launch readiness, outstanding-item tracking, and operational issue resolution.
• Build and maintain the internal operating system, including dashboards, trackers, priority views, and accountability loops.

Requirements

• Experience as an ex-founder, chief of staff at a hypergrowth company, or investment banker moving into operations.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and own a financial model.
• Ability to context-switch across finance, operations, product, and people-related priorities.
• High ownership and strong follow-through on potential operational gaps.
• Comfort operating with incomplete information and tight timelines.
• Good judgment about when to escalate issues and when to resolve them independently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with private markets, fund administration, or financial services.
• Experience building internal operating infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience with a Series A or Series B company scaling through a growth inflection.
