Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to New York City (On-site 5 days a week)

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, and equity management via Carta.
• Design and implement the operational infrastructure, processes, and workflows that allow commercial and engineering teams to scale.
• Manage office administration, facilities, vendor relationships, and company culture events.
• Maintain compliance, company policies, and the employee handbook as the organization grows.
• Partner with leadership on finance, IT, and expense management to ensure seamless operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in New York City 5 days a week.
• Strong operator mentality with a focus on building and streamlining processes in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable with productivity and HR tools (e.g., Rippling) and quick to learn new systems.
• Visa sponsorship (O-1, H-1B, TN) is available for qualified candidates.
