VP of AI Strategy

Location: Remote, open to candidates living in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil

Annual salary: US$330,000 in the US; MX$2,415,000 in Mexico; CA$310,000 in Canada; R$560,500 in Brazil; AR$141,050,000 in Argentina.

What you will do

• Develop, communicate, and maintain an organization-wide AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Build an AI learning program with recurring training, team-specific demos, and updates on relevant AI developments.
• Own the AI transformation operating cadence, including executive meetings, reporting forums, and cross-functional working groups.
• Listen to individual contributors, assess current AI adoption, and provide candid recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Engineering on AI tooling operations, triage tool requests, and monitor the AI tooling landscape without owning technical build decisions.
• Establish the organization’s first AI adoption and impact measurement framework and support existing AI leads.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience within a fast-moving technology organization.
• Senior-management-level or Chief of Staff–type experience leading through influence rather than direct authority.
• Experience helping an organization adopt a significant new technology or way of working, ideally including AI adoption within the last 1–2 years.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders and partner across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Strong AI fluency, awareness of emerging tools and practices, and an external network of AI practitioners.
• Professional-level English proficiency is required; resumes and application responses must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in program or product management, strategy operations, or a Chief of Staff–type role.
• Exposure to Communications or Operations teams.

Hiring process
