Strategy & Ops Lead (AI Healthcare)

Location: Palo Alto, United States — hybrid

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive the company’s highest-priority strategic initiatives from scoping through execution as an execution counterpart to the Chief of Staff.
• Maintain visibility into strategic bets, identify blockers, and prepare analyses, frameworks, and executive materials for consequential decisions.
• Lead due diligence on strategic opportunities and manage partnerships with technology ecosystem partners, policy bodies, industry associations, and thought leadership organizations.
• Lead the company’s transformation into an AI-native organization and help design its future operating model, roles, decision processes, and organizational structure.
• Own the operating cadence, including all-hands meetings, monthly onsites, leadership meetings, board preparation, and end-to-end OKR management.
• Improve leadership alignment by surfacing critical information, sharpening decision inputs, and tracking shifting priorities.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-paced operator role at a venture-backed company.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to measurable outcomes with limited supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefings, synthesis of complex information, and communication with senior stakeholders.
• High judgment, ownership, and standards, with the ability to move between strategic analysis and detailed execution.
• Intellectual curiosity about healthcare AI.
