Company

hirify.global is a fast-growing company of approximately 40 people, expanding toward 100, with a product gaining strong market demand.

What you will do

• Identify inefficient operational processes and rebuild them as scalable systems.
• Automate recurring tasks by scripting, connecting services and APIs, or building internal tools.
• Build people systems for hiring and onboarding that can run without constant supervision.
• Manage enterprise vendor negotiations, contracts, renewals and commercial terms.
• Develop enterprise-readiness processes covering compliance, security questionnaires and SOC 2 operations.
• Set up new offices and markets, including spaces, entities and documentation for repeatable expansion.

Requirements

• Technical ability to write scripts, connect APIs and build or prototype internal tools.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work on-site in Warsaw.
• Strong ownership, bias to action and ability to manage multiple operational threads without dropping them.
• Focus on closing work and eliminating recurring tasks through automation.
• No minimum years of experience; demonstrated execution is valued over a traditional CV.
