Operations Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end office operations, including inventory, vendor coordination, purchasing, and budget management.
• Build and execute a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for all new hires.
• Partner with IT and leadership to ensure workspace setup and equipment access are ready for Day 1.
• Coordinate office events, engagement activities, and team outings to foster a positive culture.
• Manage logistics for guest visits and onsite hosting to ensure a professional experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for this on-site role.
• 2+ years of experience in office operations, workplace experience, or people operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and budgets effectively.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and workplace management tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
