Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs)

Salary: $220,000–$265,000 per year, plus equity grant

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for complex partner launches and strategic integrations.
• Scope, sequence, and drive engineering work across Product, Platform, Partner Engineering, Sales, and GTM teams.
• Build and scale product features and backend systems that improve partner growth and adoption.
• Design integration patterns, interfaces, and end-to-end systems.
• Identify integration and support friction, then improve product features and internal tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping production-quality code.
• Experience building end-to-end backend systems and flexibility to work across the stack.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to represent hirify.global with external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make progress in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Founder or entrepreneurial experience with strong ownership and customer-centric problem solving.
• Experience working directly with enterprise or strategic customers.
• Experience building public platforms, APIs, or demo sandbox environments.
