Fund Delivery Senior Associate (FinTech)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in either the New York City or Austin office.

Salary: $121,500–$148,500 base salary for candidates located in New York, New York, plus performance bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor and manage onboarding, implementation, and technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, scope solutions, translate needs into technical requirements, and recommend project approaches.
• Coordinate resources, clients, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across investment originations, sales, operations, client service, technology, marketing, and product teams.
• Track milestones, risks, resource constraints, configuration requests, enhancements, testing activities, and post-launch issues using project management and collaboration tools.
• Prepare client updates, meeting notes, training materials, user guides, presentations, and solution-focused sales collateral.
• Support strategic business development and pre-sales discussions, including explaining API capabilities and defining suitable solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management or operations experience within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience with project management applications such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar tools.
• Exceptional critical thinking, organization, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including sound judgment when using AI-assisted drafting, summarization, and research tools.
