Platform Integration Specialist - Assistant Vice President (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office work Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday

Salary: $115,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead small and medium client integrations and support senior leads on complex implementations.
• Manage project discovery, operating model and business process design, data integrations, platform setup, testing, and rollout.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, and drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
• Configure white-label platform solutions and manage the ongoing platform experience for strategic clients.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Relationship Management, and Operations to troubleshoot issues and deliver client solutions.
• Document procedures and workflows, create playbooks and client collateral, and identify platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in project management, client software implementations, operations, or relationship management within financial services or fintech.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams from inception through execution.
• Familiarity with software-based financial solutions, including transaction systems, online forms, or trading software.
• Strong writing skills for project documentation, business requirements, and specifications.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, along with data analytics experience.
• Knowledge of wealth management and private banking businesses and processes, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
