What you will do

• Partner with Front-to-Back teams including Operations, Design, and Engineering to deliver strategic cross-divisional initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and delivery risks using professional project management methodologies.
• Lead discovery and requirement discussions and develop testing strategies to realize business benefits.
• Articulate key project matters, reporting, and escalations across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee the project book of work, ensuring dependencies and budgets are aligned and managed.
• Facilitate quality assurance testing, migration plans, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or project/program management.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Strong analytical and business analysis experience.
• Proven track record of driving delivery in cross-functional team settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholder interaction.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial services industry, technology strategy, or management consulting.
• Understanding of Financial Services & Operations workflows and processes.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or OKR frameworks.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
