The Singapore R&D team works on additive manufacturing projects for semiconductor applications.

What you will do

  • Support scientists and engineers with laboratory setup, R&D activities, and metal additive manufacturing projects.
  • Operate and maintain metal additive manufacturing machines, including powder preparation, loading, and machine setup.
  • Perform powder and part characterization, including particle-size analysis, coupon cutting, hot mounting, and polishing.
  • Carry out post-processing such as inspection, depowdering, cleaning, and support-structure removal.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on secondary machining and polishing processes.
  • Maintain documentation and support daily additive manufacturing operations across multiple equipment platforms.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Materials Science.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a laboratory environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CAD, such as SolidWorks or an equivalent tool.
  • Knowledge of additive manufacturing or manufacturing processes.
